Winning bidders not picking up will have their items shipped via the UPS Store at their expense, but due to the auction closing on 12/21/2025, the shipments may not arrive in time for Christmas.

Mill Town Players is getting NEW auditorium seating and must get rid of the current seats. Approximately 373 auditorium style seats will be auctioned through an online auction later this month. Seats appear to be in very good condition. Seats may be sold in rows or broken down into groups. Winning bidders must pick up their seats between January 1-10, 2026. Buyers must provide their own labor and tools to remove and transport the seats.

Sale is subject to approval by Estate Personal Representative. The home will be sold “AS-IS”, a TEN Percent (10%) Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid to arrive at the Contract Price. The Buyer must pay $5,000 on day of auction with the balance due within 30 days following the auction. This sale is not contingent on financing and Buyer may be asked for proof of funds. Seller will pay any outstanding liens, property taxes prorated to closing date, and for infestation letter (CC-100).
Buyer pays attorney’s fees, deed preparation, document stamps, title search, and $350.00 transaction to Larry Meares. If survey is required, Buyer will pay for that.
Buyer must choose closing attorney and give name and phone number to Real Estate Auction clerk at time of signing Sale Contract.

Vintage Collectible Knives
These knives are from a local estate and were obtained in the 70's and 80's by the owner. They have been in storage for many years. Most of these high-quality knives were made in Japan and appear to have never been sharpened. The knives are very sharp, like surgical steel, and require extreme care when handling them.
